All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars "AUD". Purchases will appear on your credit card statement as being for "Hema Maps" and goods will be described as "Hema Maps".

Shipping Policy

Hema Maps ships goods Australia wide and internationally. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout time and is determined by your delivery location. We charge a flat rate of AUD$5.00 including GST for shipping within Australia, regardless of the quantity purchased. International shipping is by Fedex and is based on the geographic zone and the total weight of your order. Rates in Australian Dollars:

All orders are dispatched from within two business days. Australian shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days, depending on your location. International shipping times averages between 7-10 days depending on the delivery destination and customs requirements.

Customer Service Policy

Hema Maps endeavours to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and/or clearly show the stock availability and that the pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund Policy

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you consider your goods faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods. Where an item is deemed faulty we will replace and ship it at our cost.

Security Policy

When purchasing from Hema Maps your financial details are securely passed through to eWay and Westpac using Comodo SHA-256 SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. Hema Maps does not receive nor store your credit card details.
