Portal support

The portal is closed while our internal accounting systems require upgrades or other maintenance, generally on the first Saturday morning of each month between 6:30am and 8:15am AEST. Notices about scheduled outages will appear below and sometimes on the portal login screen. Unfortunately, nothing's perfect and despite our best efforts, the portal does have unscheduled downtime. It is monitored, but you might notice a problem before we do. Please contact the Hema Sales Support during normal business hours to obtain assistance, outside of hours assistance is available by emailing infotech (at) hemamaps.com.au.
